NLAS3157MX3TCG General Description
The NLAS3157MX3TCG from ON Semiconductor is a versatile quad analog switch/demultiplexer IC designed for low voltage applications. With its four independently controlled SPDT switches, this IC offers flexibility in signal routing and multiplexing within electronic circuits. Its wide single power supply voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V makes it suitable for a variety of low voltage applications, while its low on-resistance of 6 ohms and low input/output capacitance of 15pF contribute to reduced signal distortion and maintained signal integrity. Packaged in a compact SC-88A package, the NLAS3157MX3TCG is well-suited for space-constrained applications typical of portable devices, smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics. In addition, its RoHS compliance and wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C ensure reliable performance across different environmental conditions
