Featuring advanced high-speed CMOS technology, the NLV74VHC1GT08 is a 2-input AND gate designed to deliver unmatched performance in speed and power efficiency. With its silicon gate CMOS technology, this device achieves high-speed operation comparable to Bipolar Schottky TTL, while maintaining low power dissipation typical of CMOS devices. The internal circuit comprises three stages, including a buffer output that ensures high noise immunity and a stable output. Additionally, the device's input is compatible with TTL-type input thresholds, and its output provides a full 5V CMOS level output swing, allowing for seamless integration into a wide range of applications. The NLV74VHC1GT08 also boasts input protection circuitry, enabling overvoltage tolerance on the input and making it suitable for use as a logic-level translator from 3.0V to 5.0V or from 1.8V to 3.0V CMOS logic. Furthermore, its input and output structures offer protection against supply voltage - input/output voltage mismatch and other potential causes of device destruction, ensuring reliable operation in diverse operating conditions
