The DPAK case style and SMD termination type provide easy installation and compatibility with modern PCB designs. The NTD12N10G also features a low threshold voltage of 3.1V, allowing for precise control over the switching characteristics. Additionally, the high avalanche single pulse energy rating of 75mJ makes this MOSFET suitable for rugged environments and transient voltage events
