In terms of security, both software and hardware write protection mechanisms are in place, including partial and full array protection. The inclusion of Byte Level On-Chip ECC (Error Correction Code) enhances the reliability of the device, making it suitable for mission-critical applications. Additionally, the device offers an Identification Page that can be permanently write protected for added security
