The OPA4197ID is a member of the OPAx197 family, which boasts a new generation of 36-V operational amplifiers. These devices are known for their exceptional dc precision and ac performance, featuring rail-to-rail input/output capabilities, low offset (±25 µV, typical), low offset drift (±0.25 µV/°C, typ), and a wide bandwidth of 10 MHz. With unique characteristics like a differential input-voltage range extending to the supply rail, a high output current of ±65 mA, the ability to drive high capacitive loads up to 1 nF, and a fast slew rate of 20 V/µs, the OPA197 is a reliable choice for high-voltage industrial applications.
