PM6644TR General Description
With a valley current limit of 350 mA, the PM6644TR is a versatile step-down regulator that offers adjustable output voltages within the range of 0.9 V to 8 V. Its compact DFN10 3x3 package makes it suitable for space-constrained applications. The regulator also features a fixed output voltage option at 3.47 V, eliminating the need for an external resistor divider. Utilizing COT architecture, the PM6644TR ensures fast load transient response and nearly constant switching frequency operation with the embedded voltage feed-forward. Additionally, the pulse skipping technique enhances efficiency at very light loads, optimizing performance across different load conditions. The switching frequency can be adjusted from 200 kHz to 600 kHz using a simple resistor, allowing for easy customization based on specific requirements. Whether it's regulating a fixed value or delivering an adjustable voltage, the PM6644TR can be programmed through the FB pin set-up to suit a variety of applications
