This Schottky diode operates within an Operating Temperature Range of -55°C to +125°C, with a Junction Temperature Tj Max of 125°C. The Forward Current If(AV) is 100mA, while the Forward Surge Current Ifsm Max reaches 600mA. With a Reverse Recovery Time trr Max of 5ns and Reverse Recovery Time trr Typ also at 5ns, this diode is designed for efficient switching applications
