Leveraging the power of its Arm Cortex-M4 core, the RA6M3 offers a feature-rich platform that includes a TFT controller, 2D accelerator, JPEG decoder, Ethernet MAC with individual DMA, and USB high-speed interface. Built on a 40nm process technology, this MCU ensures energy efficiency while providing a solid foundation for future expansion with its Flexible Software Package (FSP) based on FreeRTOS. The RA6M3's open and flexible ecosystem allows for easy integration of other real-time operating systems and middleware, offering developers the flexibility to customize their solutions according to their specific needs
