RFRXD0420-I/LQ General Description
Designed for wireless communication applications, the RFRXD0420-I/LQ is a high-performance RF receiver module that operates within the frequency range of 2400 to 2483.5 MHz. With a sensitivity of -100 dBm, this module ensures robust signal reception, while its integrated architecture features a low noise amplifier, mixer, and IF amplifier on a single chip, delivering exceptional performance and reliability. The module's data rate of up to 2 Mbps makes it suitable for a wide range of data transmission applications, while its wide operating voltage range of 1.8 to 3.6V and low power consumption of 16.19 mA in receive mode make it ideal for battery-powered devices. Moreover, the compact LGA package measuring 5mm x 5mm allows for easy integration into existing designs, and the inclusion of a temperature sensor and power-on reset function adds convenience and reliability to the module
