With a voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V, the S29GL128S10TFIV13 flash memory device from Cypress Semiconductor offers quick access to stored data with its 10ns random access time. It supports both asynchronous page mode and synchronous burst read operations for fast and efficient data transfer. The device's organization into 128 uniform sectors of 64K bytes each, along with erase suspend and resume capability, provides flexibility during erase operations. Additionally, its voltage-tolerant page buffer supports both 3.3V and 2.7V interfaces, making it versatile for a wide range of applications. The S29GL128S10TFIV13 also features a hardware reset pin for easy system integration and configuration, as well as a low standby current and maximum read current for efficient programming and erasing operations
