S4006LS2 General Description
Product S4006LS2 is a powerful SCR thyristor with a peak repetitive off-state voltage of 400V. It features a gate trigger current max of 200µA, making it a reliable component for various applications. With a continuous current rating of 3.8A, this thyristor can handle a wide range of electrical loads. The on-state RMS current rating of 6A ensures stable performance under normal operating conditions. In case of surge currents, the thyristor can withstand a peak non-repetitive surge current of up to 83A at 50Hz. With 3 pins for easy installation, this TO-220AB package is convenient to use in different circuit configurations
