SG2803L General Description
The SG2803L is a robust integrated circuit designed for severe environments. It combines eight NPN Darlington pairs with internal suppression diodes to drive lamps, relays, and solenoids in various applications. The product features open collector outputs with high breakdown voltages (>50V) and 500mA current carrying capabilities, making it an ideal solution for demanding industrial, military, and aerospace settings. Five different input configurations provide flexibility when interfacing with different drive signals (DTL, TTL, PMOS, or CMOS). Operating from -55°C to 125°C ambient temperature range, this product is housed in a reliable ceramic (J) package or leadless chip carrier (LCC)
