SN65HVD12P General Description
The SN65HVD12P is a reliable and versatile bus transceiver that meets ANSI standard TIA/EIA-485-A and ISO 8482:1993. Designed for balanced transmission lines, this product offers a differential line driver and receiver, operating with a single 3.3-V power supply. With active-high and active-low enables, the driver and receiver can be externally connected for direction control, providing flexibility in data communication on multipoint bus-transmission lines. The device's low standby supply current, when the driver and receiver are disabled, ensures efficient power usage. Additionally, the driver and receiver's wide common-mode voltage ranges make the SN65HVD12P suitable for party-line applications, further enhancing its adaptability in various settings
