SP3003-04ATG General Description
The SP3003-04ATG is a diode designed for TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) applications, providing protection against voltage transients in electronic circuits. With 4 channels and a reverse stand-off voltage of 6V, this diode is capable of clamping voltages up to 15V and peak pulse currents of 2.5A. The MSOP-10 case style allows for easy installation and secure mounting on PCBs. This unidirectional diode configuration ensures that voltage spikes are effectively suppressed, preventing damage to sensitive components
