SRF1060 General Description
The SRF1060 is a high-quality rectifier diode designed for efficient energy conversion. With a Schottky structure and 2 elements, this diode is capable of handling up to 5A of current and has a maximum reverse voltage rating of 60V. Its TO-220AB package ensures easy mounting and heat dissipation, making it ideal for various applications
