STA515W13TR General Description
The STA515W13TR is an advanced monolithic quad half-bridge stage utilizing Multipower BCD Technology, offering exceptional performance and versatility for amplifier applications. This innovative device can be configured as a dual bridge or a single bridge with double-current capability by connecting pin CONFIG to pins VDD, providing users with a flexible and adaptable solution to suit their specific needs. Designed to serve as the output stage of a stereo all-digital high-efficiency amplifier, the STA515W13TR boasts impressive power output capabilities, delivering 10W x 4 channels into 4Ω loads in single-ended configuration, and 20W + 20W into 8Ω loads in BTL configuration. In a single parallel BTL configuration, it can even achieve a remarkable 40W output into an 8Ω load, showcasing its exceptional performance across various setups. The device features input pins with a threshold proportional to the voltage on pin VL, ensuring precise and reliable operation. Packaged in a 36-pin PowerSSO package with an exposed pad down (EPD), the STA515W13TR is a robust and efficient solution for amplifier output stages
