The STM32MP151C/F devices are equipped with a high-performance Arm Cortex-A7 32-bit RISC core running at speeds of up to 800 MHz, making them ideal for high-end wearables and low-power embedded applications. With a 32-Kbyte L1 instruction cache, a 32-Kbyte L1 data cache, and a 256-Kbyte level2 cache, the Cortex-A7 processor delivers rich performance while remaining energy-efficient. In fact, it provides up to 20% more single thread performance than the Cortex-A5 and performs similarly to the Cortex-A9. Additionally, the Cortex-A7 includes features such as virtualization support, NEON, and a 128-bit AMBA4 AXI bus interface
