STMPS2141TTR General Description
For applications where heavy capacitive loads and short-circuits are likely to occur, the STMPS2141TTR offers a reliable and efficient power distribution solution. With a 90 mΩ N-channel MOSFET high-side power switch, this device is capable of handling high-current situations with ease. Its logic enable input allows for seamless control of the switches, ensuring optimal performance. In the event of an overload or short-circuit, the STMPS2141TTR limits the output current to a safe level by switching into a constant current mode, preventing excessive power dissipation and potential damage to the system. Additionally, the device features a thermal protection circuitry that shuts the switch off to prevent overheating, with automatic recovery once the temperature has cooled down. Internal circuitry ensures the switch remains off until a valid input voltage is present, further enhancing the safety and protection of the system
