STPS0520Z General Description
The product STPS0520Z is a single configuration diode with a peak average forward current (If(AV)) of 500mA and a maximum reverse repetitive voltage (Vrrm) of 20V. The forward voltage (Vf) is measured at 385mV, and the maximum reverse current is 150µA. The diode can handle a peak non-repetitive surge current (Itsm) of 5.5A and has a power dissipation (Pd) of 250mW. The capacitance of the diode is 110pF, and it can operate within a temperature range of -65°C to 125°C. The diode comes in a SOD-123 package type with 2 pins and is designed for surface mount applications. It is packaged in tape & reel packaging and has a thermal resistance of 430K/W
