SY89297UMH General Description

Our SY89297U product is a state-of-the-art DC-3.2Gbps programmable delay line offering two channels, each with a programmable delay range from 2ns to 7ns. The device allows for precise adjustments in 5ps increments, ensuring accurate signal timing control. Its linear and monotonic delay step guarantees consistent performance across temperature and voltage changes, with an INL of 15ps. Utilizing a serial control interface with SDATA, SCLK, and SLOAD pins, the SY89297U can be easily programmed using a 10-bit control word for each channel. For applications requiring extended delay capabilities, multiple SY89297U units can be cascaded. Housed in a compact 4mm x 4mm, 24-pin QFN package, this delay line solution is ideal for space-constrained designs. Additionally, users can explore alternative options such as the SY89295U and SY89296U single-channel delay lines. Evaluation boards are available for all these products, simplifying the prototyping and testing process for engineers and designers alike
