SY89872UMG-TR General Description
The SY89872UMG-TR is a versatile product that offers a precision LVDS output clock divider for various high-speed differential clock inputs. With its programmable divider ratio, users can easily create frequency-locked, lower speed versions of their input clocks. This product includes two output banks, providing options for different divider ratios such as 2, 4, 8, and 16. With a typical 622MHz clock system, users can expect auxiliary clock components at 311MHz, 155MHz, 77MHz, or 38MHz frequencies. The differential input buffer features internal termination design for easy interface to different logic standards, while the VREF- AC reference caters to AC-coupled applications. The SY89872UMG-TR is part of Micrel's Precision Edge® timing and distribution family, offering high-speed solutions for various applications. For those requiring 3.3V applications, the SY89873L is a suitable option, while the SY89872UMG-TR is ideal for LVPECL output requirements.
