TAS5612 General Description
The TAS5612 is a cutting-edge analog input Class D amplifier that offers unparalleled performance and efficiency. With its integrated closed loop feedback technology, known as PurePath™ HD, it has the capability to deliver up to 125W stereo into 4 to 8 ohm speakers from a single 32.5V supply. This amplifier stands out for its ability to provide traditional AB-Amplifier performance levels with less than 0.03% total harmonic distortion, while still maintaining the power efficiency of traditional class D amplifiers. What sets the TAS5612 apart from traditional Class D amplifiers is its distortion curve, which only increases once the output levels reach clipping. Additionally, PurePath™ HD technology enables lower idle losses, further enhancing the device's efficiency
