TC4469CPD General Description
With its fast rise and fall time of 15ns, the TC4469CPD is the ideal choice for high-speed MOSFET driver applications. This versatile driver is specifically designed for driving N-channel power MOSFETs in high-frequency applications and is well-suited for use in DC-DC converters, motor control, and Class-D amplifiers. The device features a maximum supply voltage of 18V and is capable of driving MOSFETs with gate voltage levels up to 20V, making it a reliable solution for high-power requirements. To ensure the safety and longevity of the MOSFET, the TC4469CPD is equipped with an undervoltage lockout circuit and a thermal shutdown protection feature, safeguarding against insufficient supply voltage and overheating.
