Upgrade your voltage conversion capabilities with the TC7662BCPA, a cutting-edge solution that effortlessly converts input voltages ranging from +1.5V to +15V to corresponding negative voltages between -1.5V and -15V using just two cost-effective capacitors. By eliminating the need for inductors, this versatile device not only reduces costs but also minimizes size requirements and electromagnetic interference. The on-board oscillator runs at a nominal frequency of 10kHz and can be easily adjusted to 35kHz by connecting pin 1 to V+, enabling the use of smaller external capacitors for enhanced efficiency. For applications that demand lower supply current, operating below 10kHz is achievable by connecting an external capacitor from OSC to ground with pin 1 left open. Available in both 8-pin DIP and 8-pin small outline (SO) packages, the TC7662BCPA caters to a diverse range of design specifications in both commercial and extended temperature ranges
