THS3491IRGTR General Description
The amplifier's small-signal bandwidth of 900 MHz ensures low overshoot of less than 1.5% for a 10-V step input, with rise and fall times of less than 1.3 ns. Additionally, the THS3491IRGTR offers peak output current drive values exceeding 500 mA, allowing it to effectively drive heavy capacitive loads with fast signals. By utilizing the VQFN-16 (RGT) package, new designs can achieve the lowest distortion levels, while the 8-pin HSOIC (DDA) package with PowerPAD™ is compatible with existing THS3091 or THS3095 designs
