TL431BCDMR2G General Description
The TL431BCDMR2G is a highly capable and adaptable monolithic IC voltage reference, offering precise and stable voltage regulation across a wide range of applications. Designed as a three-terminal programmable shunt regulator diode, this versatile component operates as a low temperature coefficient zener, which can be programmed from Vref to 36 V using two external resistors. Its wide operating current range of 1.0 mA to 100 mA and a typical dynamic impedance of 0.22 W make it a suitable replacement for zener diodes in digital voltmeters, power supplies, and op amp circuitry. Additionally, the TL431BCDMR2G's ability to function as a shunt regulator, providing either a positive or negative voltage reference, further enhances its flexibility and usability in various electronic systems
