TL7705CP-B General Description
The TL7705CP-B from Texas Instruments is a reliable voltage supervisor IC designed for monitoring power supply voltages in microcontroller and computer systems. This versatile device operates within a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 18V and provides a precision voltage reference of 3.08V. With an internal voltage comparator, the TL7705CP-B ensures accurate voltage monitoring for optimal system performance. Its open-drain output can drive loads of up to 50mA, allowing easy interfacing with various logic circuits and microcontrollers. Moreover, the device features a built-in delay circuit that generates a reset signal to the microcontroller when the power supply voltage falls below a certain threshold and remains low for a specified period. Housed in an 8-pin PDIP package, the TL7705CP-B is user-friendly and has a low quiescent current of 25uA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications
