TLE4254GA General Description
Designed for the harshest conditions of automotive applications, the TLE4254GA integrated circuit offers a reliable power supply solution for off-board systems, particularly the sensors used in powertrain management. This IC is engineered with advanced protection functions to guard against reverse polarity and short circuits to both ground and the battery. The TLE4254GA supports supply voltages of up to 40 V and provides highly accurate output voltage tracking in relation to a reference voltage applied at the adjust input. Whether the reference voltage is applied directly or through an external resistor divider, this IC can accommodate a minimum reference voltage of 2.0 V. Additionally, the output is capable of driving loads up to 70 mA while maintaining exceptional accuracy by closely following a 5 V output from a main voltage regulator acting as a reference
