TLV5639IPW General Description
The TLV5639IPW is a 12-bit voltage output digital-to-analog converter with a microprocessor compatible parallel interface. Its wide operating voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V makes it suitable for a broad range of applications. The device features a resistor string output voltage buffered by a x2 gain rail-to-rail output buffer, enhancing stability and reducing settling time. The internal reference can source up to 1 mA, simplifying system design. Equipped with an on-chip programmable precision voltage reference, the TLV5639IPW streamlines overall system design. The settling time and reference voltage can be easily selected using the 16-bit data word, offering flexibility to the designer. With its single supply operation, CMOS process implementation, and availability in 20-pin SOIC and TSSOP packages, the TLV5639IPW ensures compatibility with various design requirements
