TPS22916BYFPR General Description
Designed for efficiency, the TPS22916BYFPR is a small, single channel load switch that utilizes a low leakage P-Channel MOSFET to minimize power loss. Its advanced gate control design enables support for operating voltages as low as 1V with minimal increase in ON-resistance and power loss. The device offers multiple timing options to accommodate various system loading conditions, including slow turn-on timing for heavy capacitive loads and fast timing for light capacitive loads. With a digital input for controlling the switch ON state, the TPS22916BYFPR can directly interface with low-voltage control signals and is available in both Active High and Active Low (L) versions. To prevent unnecessary power loss during system sequencing, the device features a smart pulldown, and it is available in a space-saving 4-pin Wafer-Chip-Scale (WCSP) package. Characterized for operation over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the TPS22916BYFPR is a reliable choice for applications in varying environmental conditions
