TPS22950YBHR General Description
The TPS22950YBHR is a versatile load switch that offers a combination of low resistance, wide input voltage range, and adjustable current limit features. With its extremely low on-state resistance of 70mOhm, this device ensures minimal voltage drop across the switch when in operation, making it ideal for applications with heavy capacitive loads. Its wide input voltage range of 1.1V to 5.5V allows for flexibility in various battery-powered applications, while the adjustable current limit feature provides added protection for the load by enabling users to set a maximum current threshold
