TPS60310DGSR General Description
The TPS60310DGSR is a highly efficient step-up regulated charge pump that is capable of generating a stable output voltage of 3V ±4% or 3.3V ±4% from an input voltage range of 0.9V to 1.8V. With only five small 1uF ceramic capacitors needed for operation, this charge pump is not only efficient but also easy to build and use. Its automatic selection between a 3x or 4x conversion mode ensures optimal performance over a wide input voltage range
