With an adjustable output voltage range of 1.5V to 3.3V and an output current of 200mA at a supply voltage of only 0.9V, this device is well-suited for a variety of battery-operated applications. Its current mode, pulse-width-modulation (PWM) controller features a built-in synchronous rectifier, streamlining the design process and improving overall system efficiency. Additionally, the TPS61010DGSR is equipped with an autodischarge function to safely discharge the output capacitor during shutdown mode, making it ideal for microcontroller or memory applications where residual voltage can cause malfunctions.
