ULN2003AIDR General Description

The ULx200xA series of high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor arrays are versatile components with a wide range of applications. With seven NPN Darlington pairs in each device, these arrays offer high-voltage outputs with built-in common-cathode clamp diodes, making them perfect for switching inductive loads. Each Darlington pair has a collector-current rating of 500 mA, which can be further increased by paralleling multiple pairs.
