VIPER013LSTR General Description
The VIPER013LSTR stands out as a high voltage converter that seamlessly integrates an 800 V avalanche-rugged power MOSFET with PWM current mode control. This innovative device offers an extended input voltage range and reduces the size of the DRAIN snubber circuit, courtesy of the 800 V breakdown voltage power MOSFET. Operating in pulse frequency modulation under light load ensures low consumption and adherence to stringent energy-saving standards. Supporting the design of flyback, buck, and buck-boost converters, this IC features integrated HV startup, sense-FET, error amplifier, and oscillator with jitter, allowing for a complete application design with minimal components
