VN808-32-E General Description
Featuring state-of-the-art STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology, the VN808-E and VN808-32-E are powerful monolithic devices designed to efficiently drive various loads with one side connected to ground. These devices are equipped with active current limitation, thermal shutdown, and automatic restart features, providing effective protection against overload. In cases of overload, the channel automatically switches off and on to maintain the junction temperature within the specified range. If the case temperature exceeds the prescribed threshold due to overload, the overloaded channels are deactivated and only reactivated once the temperature decreases, while non-overloaded channels remain operational. Furthermore, the device includes a fail-safe mechanism that initiates automatic shutdown in the event of ground pin disconnection. Its compliance with IEC 61131 standards makes it an excellent choice for industrial applications, ensuring reliable and secure operations
