The 7052L20PFG is a cutting-edge 2K x 8 FourPort™ Static RAM designed to cater to the needs of systems requiring efficient handling of multiple accesses to a common RAM. Featuring four independent ports with separate control, address, and I/O pins, this RAM enables independent and asynchronous access for reads or writes to any memory location. The automatic power down function, which can be activated using the CE signal, puts each port into a low power standby mode when not in use, ensuring energy efficiency. Additionally, for applications demanding top-notch quality, a military-grade variant compliant with MIL-PRF-38535 QML standards is also available
