The 7052L20PFG8 Static RAM is a high-speed memory module featuring a 2K x 8 capacity and a unique FourPort™ design that caters to applications necessitating multiple access points to a shared memory space. With four independent ports, each equipped with dedicated control, address, and I/O pins, this RAM module facilitates concurrent and asynchronous reads or writes to any memory location without the need for on-chip hardware port arbitration. The automatic power down feature, activated by the CE signal, allows individual ports to enter a low power standby mode, conserving energy when not in use. For industries demanding uncompromising performance and reliability, a military grade version compliant with MIL-PRF-38535 QML standards is also available, ensuring optimal functionality in rugged operating conditions
