AD569JN General Description

The AD569JN is a highly advanced 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) designed by Analog Devices. Utilizing their cutting-edge BiMOS II process, this DAC combines low power CMOS logic functions with high precision bipolar linear circuitry on a single chip. The AD569 features a voltage-segmented architecture that ensures 16-bit monotonicity over varying environmental conditions, with integral nonlinearity maintained at a remarkable ±0.01%. Additionally, the on-chip buffer amplifiers provide lightning-fast output settling times of just 3 µs to within ±0.001% for a full-scale step
