Engineered for precision and versatility, the AD7723BSZ-REEL is a complete 16-bit sigma-delta ADC that sets the standard for high-performance analog-to-digital conversion. Operating from a +5 V supply, this advanced ADC eliminates the need for an external sample-and-hold circuit, streamlining system design and reducing component complexity. The modulator output is processed by a finite impulse response (FIR) digital filter, leveraging a high over-sampling-ratio to minimize external anti-alias requirements to first order in most cases. The ability to program the digital filter frequency response as either low-pass or band-pass enhances the flexibility and adaptability of the AD7723BSZ-REEL for a wide range of application requirements.
