AD7992BRMZ-0 General Description

The AD7992BRMZ-0 is a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an I2C interface. It has a conversion rate of up to 188 kSPS and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply. The device features two analog input channels and is capable of converting both single-ended and differential input signals.The ADC offers high accuracy with ±1 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and ±1 LSB differential nonlinearity (DNL). It also includes a programmable channel sequencer, allowing the user to automatically switch between the two input channels during conversions.The AD7992BRMZ-0 is housed in a 10-lead MSOP package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. It is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
