Offering true 16-bit linearity and outstanding signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) performance, the AD9446BSVZ-80 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is engineered for precision data acquisition in applications such as medical imaging, radar receivers, and instrumentation. With a maximum sampling rate of 100 MSPS, this monolithic ADC is capable of accurately capturing high-frequency signals and delivering exceptional conversion performance. Its on-chip reference, high input impedance track-and-hold, and output clock simplify the data capture process, ensuring ease of use and reliable operation. The ADC is designed to operate with 3.3 V and 5.0 V power supplies and a low voltage differential input clock for optimal performance. Additionally, it features LVDS-compatible or CMOS-compatible data outputs, offering flexibility in connection and reducing overall current consumption for short trace distances. The AD9446BSVZ-80 is packaged in a Pb-free, 100-lead TQFP/EP, making it suitable for industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) applications.
