The ADUM4221-2BRIZ-RL is a 2-channel gate driver designed for use with MOSFET power switches. With a half-bridge driver configuration, this device is suitable for controlling IGBTs and MOSFETs in various applications. It comes in a WSOIC package with 16 pins for surface mount mounting.
