The ADuM3223/ADuM4223 gate drivers, equipped with Analog Devices, Inc.'s advanced iCoupler technology, offer a reliable solution for isolated high-side and low-side outputs. With 3000 V rms and 5000 V rms isolation levels, respectively, in their compact SOIC packages, these drivers ensure safe and efficient operation for a variety of applications
