The AT28C010E-12TU-T is a superior 1-megabit Parallel EEPROM engineered for industrial and military applications. It delivers access times of up to 120ns and features a low power dissipation of 220mW (440mW military). When deselected, the CMOS standby current is less than 200µA (300µA military), ensuring efficient energy usage. Its 128-byte page register allows for the simultaneous writing of up to 128bytes without external components, enhancing convenience and flexibility. The device is equipped with an internal Error Correction Circuit for extended endurance and improved data retention, guaranteeing reliability. Additionally, it offers optional Software Data Protection to safeguard against inadvertent writes, providing added security. The inclusion of an extra 128 bytes of EEPROM allows for device identification or tracking, further enhancing its practicality.
