BLF871 is a RF Mosfet designed for high performance applications, capable of handling up to 40 volts and 500mA of current. With a frequency range of 860MHz and a gain of 19dB, this Mosfet is ideal for a variety of RF amplification tasks. The BLF871 is housed in a SOT467C package, providing ease of installation and thermal management
