CAT25320YI-GT3 General Description
The CAT25320YI-GT3 is a versatile EEPROM Serial 32-Kb SPI device that offers high performance and reliability. With its internal organization of 4096x8 bits, this device is capable of storing and retrieving data with ease. Its 32-byte page write buffer allows for efficient data transfer, while its support for the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol ensures seamless communication with other devices. The CAT25320YI-GT3 is enabled through a Chip Select (CS) and requires essential bus signals such as clock input (SCK), data input (SI), and data output (SO) lines. Additionally, the HOLD input can be utilized to pause any serial communication with the device, adding a layer of flexibility to the operation. This device also comes equipped with both software and hardware write protection, including partial as well as full array protection, ensuring the safety and security of your stored data
