DRF1400 General Description
The DRF1400 RF power MOSFET from the ARF family is a revolutionary product designed for high-frequency applications up to 150 MHz and high operating voltages of up to 400V. By integrating Microchip's advanced high-voltage MOSFET technology with RF-specific die geometries, this MOSFET eliminates the previous limitations of 50V for RF power applications. The DRF1300 and DRF1301 models feature two independent channels with a driver and RF MOSFET in a push-pull configuration, while the DRF1400 is a half-bridge hybrid with symmetrical leads that can easily be configured into a full-bridge converter. These DRF parts also come equipped with a proprietary anti-ring function that effectively eliminates cross conduction in bridge or push-pull topologies. Additionally, the DRF series offers the flexibility of being externally selected in either an inverting or non-inverting configuration, making them versatile solutions for a wide range of RF power applications
