DRV8328BRUYR General Description
The DRV8328BRUYR is a versatile and reliable integrated gate driver designed for three-phase applications. With three half-bridge gate drivers, this device is capable of efficiently driving high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs. Its internal charge pump ensures the generation of correct gate drive voltages, while the bootstrap circuit enhances the performance of high-side MOSFETs. Additionally, a trickle charge pump supports 100% duty cycle, making this driver suitable for a wide range of applications
