HMC375LP3E General Description
The HMC375LP3 & HMC375LP3E high dynamic range GaAs PHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifiers offer exceptional performance for GSM and CDMA cellular basestation front-end receivers within the 1.7 to 2.2 GHz frequency range. Designed to deliver a low 0.9 dB noise figure, along with a high gain of 17 dB and impressive +33 dBm output IP3, these LNAs are a reliable choice for demanding RF applications. With a single supply requirement of +5V @ 136mA, these amplifiers are efficient and easy to integrate into existing systems. Additionally, the input and output return losses are typically 14 dB, simplifying the overall setup process. For applications where noise figure is a critical factor, the HMC618LP3(E) model may be a suitable alternative
